Congrats Set Up (Small)

This setup is the perfect way to surprise your friend or GRAD.

The setup comes with :

• Congrats Banner ( Gold or Silver)
• 20 ceiling balloons
• 20-floor balloon twist
• 2 balloon bouquets.

Times of delivery depend on location & holidays, however, it starts from 11 am-8 pm

Please provide a 3-hour time window to assist better.

Example: “11 am-2 pm, 4 pm-7 pm, anytime before 3 pm”. You must be home during delivery as we do not leave balloons outside unattended. During extreme Las Vegas hot weather conditions, we do not recommend having balloon bouquets/installations outside for events. Balloons cannot last in weather that exceeds 75 degrees & over.
